Amazing time

Bea is a great host, always responsive and making you feel at home. The apartment is very well located and has everything you need for a perfect stay in Wurzburg. I highly recommend this property! Look forward to coming back to Bea’s apartment soon.

Top location

I have been here repeatedly. The place is wonderful and quiet enough for me to sleep even so it's just a couple of minutes to everything in town. The street out front has many cafes and restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking. Also very convenient location to the train station. The owner's absolutely great. I'm definitely coming back here.

Great Location, super Landlord with minimalist apartment. Ultra comfortable beds!

We really liked to be so close to everything within walking distance in town. Stores for grocery shopping and many restaurants right around the corner. We didn’t have a car and it was no problem,landlord was super nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! I usually travel with my own travel mattress topper, and here I did not even need that. I think that was the first time for me in all the years of my travel. Everything was extremely clean. The shower and bath tub is amazing! It is advertised as minimalist, but it has everything you need. The only thing , it might be nice to have a small sofa in the living room, but it was okay. The laundry room is shared and next to the bedroom, but the landlord is very accommodating and it was not a problem. We will definitely come again.

Chic, teilweise etwas unpraktisch

die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Aussicht auf Festung und die Türme Würzburgs ebenfalls. Die Einrichtung ist abgesehen vom opulenten Bad eher minimalistisch. So gibt es z.B. keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Garderobe. Und ein elegantes Spülbecken, aber keine Abtropffläche. Ohne Gardinen ist man für den Sichtschutz zum Hof auf die Außenjalousien angewiesen.Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen haben wir den Aufenthalt aber genossen.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Liebe Beate, ich danke Dir, dass Du mich so nett aufgenommen hast. Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da ich kurzfristig wegen meines Umzugs in Würzburg für eine Übergangszeit eine Unterkunft suchen musste, hat es mich gefreut, dass alles so reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich. Die gehobene Einrichtung und v.a. das bequeme Bett haben einen entspannten Aufenthalt mir ermöglicht. Meinen Freunden und Bekannten werde ich die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen für eine Unterkunft für Besucher in Würzburg.

Geburtstag in Würzburg

Die Wohnung, super sauber und großzügig, der schöne Balkon und vorallem die ideale Lage hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne würden wir beim nächsten Besuch unserer Kinder wieder kommen.

Urlaub in Würzburg

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Alle Fenster haben Jalousien. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Festung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Es befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Frau Hemmer hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Wenn es Fragen gab, hat sie uns schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank noch einmal auf diesem Weg. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße aus Leipzig.

Zentral gelegene und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen. Wir haben sie für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gemietet. Von hier aus kann man Würzburg sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und man hat Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.
