In the summer months, drive minutes to reach Lake Dillon and rent a boat, kayak, or paddleboard to soak in the beautiful scenery from the water. Keystone Lake offers paddleboat rides in warmer weather and is converted into an ice rink in the winter months.

When you return home, unwind with a refreshing beverage on your private balcony that overlooks the mountains and lake. Inside, a wood-burning fireplace adds ambiance and comfort to the sunlit living area. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV or round up the group for a board game night. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Dine together between the two-person kitchen bar and the four-person table. Great Location for Conference

Condo is in a perfect spot for those attending conferences at Keystone. The only way to improve upon the experience would be firmer mattresses. All else was just right.

Location! Views! And some issues...

This end-unit condo was in a terrific location, and the views over Keystone Lake were wonderful. On the flip side, the recent renovations to the unit seemed cheap, the amenities provided were sparse, and we had several maintenance issues during our stay. While the linens and towels provided were plentiful, there were no potholders/hot pads in the kitchen, no tissues, and only one hairdryer that was hidden in the spare bath cabinet. The kitchen had some random spices (not uncommon for a Vacasa rental), but it would have been nice to have some sugar and coffee. The heat was stuck on for the first two days of our stay before it was fixed, needing two visits from the (very nice) maintenance staff. There were no blinds in the spare bedroom for the first week of our stay. That was an unwelcome issue for our guests. The flooring throughout the unit seemed pretty new, but it was a cheap vinyl that had a bunch of scratches. It was used on the stairs, and the stair noses could be a trip hazard. The sectional seating was nice, but the dining table and chairs were weirdly low (uncomfortably so for one of our guests who was 6'3") and the end table with folding chairs in the corner was odd and pretty much unusable. On the good side, the resort shuttle stop was 100 feet from the door. The ski locker was convenient, and the beds comfortable. And the views! So good and bad. Maybe it's just not quite ready for prime time.

Bring your own wood and forget the garage

Rough experience. Lots of little things and some big ones not disclosed in listing. Who markets a fireplace and doesn't include wood? Window blinds were broken, no TV service (bring your own streaming), garage key didn't work, ice maker broken, stairs to climb to access 2nd floor entrance. Worst was that only lip service given by management company Vacasa. Nobody came to help over 4 days. Never got access to garage, which is actually far from unit's entrances Couldn't park a third vehicle, or anything inside in winter snow. An accurate description would devalue this listing.
