With sleeping space for six, a fantastic location, and ample amenities, this corner townhouse offers great value for your next mountain getaway. Recent renovations include new carpets, a central combination boiler providing heat and unlimited hot water on demand, and new granite countertops and faucets.

You can park your car and leave it -- everything you need is within walking distance, including the River Run Gondola and River Run Village in Keystone for shopping and dining.

Soaring ceilings make the living room airy and bright, and the gas fireplace creates a warm ambiance. After a day on the mountain, curl up on the sofas and sip hot cocoa in front of the 32-inch TV. The kitchen features ample counter space and full-size appliances, ideal for preparing meals or simply reheating takeout. The open layout lets the cook be part of the conversation, too. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar that seats four.

Unwind in the primary bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, 32-inch TV, and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. Colorful bedding outfits the queen bed in the second bedroom. This room also has a 32-inch TV. Another full bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a large vanity. Extra perks include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Vonage phone service with free calls to anywhere in the U.S.

Snake River Village has several shared hot tubs where you can unwind. A bike path runs just south of the Village -- ride through the resort and beyond into Summit County. It’s just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the River Run Gondola, putting you on the slopes in no time with easy access to tubing and skating. You’re also a 15-minute walk from River Run Village in Keystone. In between ski runs, grab a bite to eat at The Kickapoo Tavern, the Crepe Stand, or New Moon Cafe. If you want more variety, the free Swan Mountain bus takes you to ski in Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin.

During the summertime, choose from multiple hiking and biking trails, including Keystone Bike Park, or enjoy fishing, golfing, and horseback riding. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find an array of dining options, including Dos Locos Mexican Restaurant, Lime Mexican Restaurant, Pizza on the Run, and Haywood Cafe. Snake River Saloon & Steakhouse is a 3-minute walk. Conveniently pick up groceries and snacks from on-site Gateway Grocery & Liquor.

Winter Family vacay
Check in progress was super easy! We got a text the morning of check in with a code to enter the property. Home was super clean and just as listing described. Having the garage was a major plus. Property about a 12 minute walk to gondola. Home is literally next door to the hot tub which is a major plus in the super cold temperatures! Also the view is so great! Looks directly on to the slopes. We had our coffee every morning next to the fireplace and watched the early birds ski!! Highly recommend!!

Vacasa is useless
I thought this was a VRBO but it was really vacasa and they don’t respond to questions that need timely answers. This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I use rentals often. The shower was old and not clear how to turn on. I called and texted and got NO response til next day. I asked for hot tub gate code and got and answer 3 HOURS! Later Losers

Good stay except for check in and late response from property manager
Check in was not great. Struggled for over an HOUR to get into the property. After traveling for 9 hours getting into the property easily would have been nice.. the door code wasn’t working and their was no spare key in the other box.. had to wait on hold for several Minutes with VRBO to additional codes. After the 5th code the door finally unlocked.. we received a late response (a day after our check out) from the property manager regarding questions about the property we booked. Other than these issues the property was nice and clean, amenities were as expected and everything was within walking distance which we LOVED!

Keystone Vacation
Keystone is a very nice ski resort/town center to visit! Very family friendly and beautiful area! The townhouse is in an excellent area with views of the ski hill from the living room and a short 5-10 minute walk to the ski lift. The townhouse is nice but older and could use a few upgrades, such as new beds, as the beds were not comfortable, also new kitchen utensils would make a big difference in the appeal of the home. It’s a nice home with a garage. Lots of perks to staying here.

Nice place but could use someI
Home was clean and location was great. Had a difficult time getting into the home due to the wrong passcode that was provided. Kitchen need more pots and pans; no cookies sheets. TV’s were small and not easy to use.
