Thanks for taking the time to review your stay Karen. I'm sorry the unit fell short of your expectations. I wish we had known about these issues during your stay-we would have been happy to take care of these things for you. We'd love to host you again and earn that 5-star stay.
This was an beautiful spacious condo that me and my family of 5 really enjoyed. Lots of room , very clean , and we will definitely rent this place again.
Solid property with ample room, linens, and kitchen. Along with the main beds, there is a pullout and a folded bed. All VERY firm with old bedding. The walks to the Peru and the main gondola were both a little over 10 minutes and make sure you cut to the path right by the building.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
The location of this unit is excellent, less than a 2-minute drive to Keystone. The overall experience fell short. The biggest issue was the heat. Even with the thermostat set to 73, the unit dropped to 59 overnight. We were later told the unit only uses radiant heat and typically doesn’t go above 65, which is why space heaters are provided. This was not disclosed in the listing, and with a curious 2 year old, we would not have booked had we known. Maintenance only delivered additional space heaters rather than addressing the heat like I was told they would do. Communication from guest services was also poor. Requests for basic cooking utensils were ignored multiple times and weren’t resolved until day two when I finally had to ask if they’re getting my messages. Their response it’s a busy weekend but we put in a work order, found the response to be rude and unprofessional. A simple response on my first or second message would’ve been nice, but I guess they expect you to be a mind reader. The cookware itself was old, scratched, and difficult to use. After they delivered the utensils no one ever followed up to make sure the heat issue was ok or if we needed anything else. This unit has great potential due to its location, but clearer disclosure, updated kitchen items, and better follow-through from management are needed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not book this property or management company again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’ve carefully reviewed the text exchanges from your stay and, aside from one delayed day, our team’s responses were prompt and courteous, with each request submitted to maintenance as soon as it came in. We’re truly sorry that this still didn’t feel adequate from your perspective.
Regarding the heating, in-floor radiant systems are very common in mountain properties and are often supplemented with space heaters. The system was working as intended, and providing additional heaters was the appropriate way to address your comfort concerns, as there was no mechanical issue to repair. We do appreciate this feedback, though, and agree that clearer explanation in advance will help future guests better understand how this unit operates.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue to improve both communication and the overall guest experience.
Although an older unit, we found this 2 bedroom/2bath perfect for our family of 5. We have teenagers/college aged children, and the bedding was just as explained, which was great. The unit is an older unit but it's clear management is slowly updating. It was clean and nicely located. The walk in snow with skis is a bit more difficult then explained, but not impossible. The beds were VERY firm but not unbearable. The kitchen was well furnished and the management extremely responsive. There really is nothing bad to say about this unit and we would certainly recommend staying here again. An added bonus was only 6 steps and you were in the unit. Not having to climb a ton of stairs was super nice. A few days of supplies were provided which was extremely helpful. Grocery stores do deliver here which is also very nice, especially if you are unfamiliar with driving in the snow. For the price, this unit is a steal!
I would stay away from this company. They do not value there customers. I checked into to my rental unit and noticed it was unusually cold. The thermostat was showing 59 degrees f, I tried to adjust it and no matter the number, it stayed the same. I called customer service and they informed me that it's a known issue and space heaters were given to heat the unit. BIG FIRE CONCERN!! There was not enough space heaters to heat the unit. I could not get the temperature above 63 degrees. There was a wood burning fireplace but no firewood and no recommendations of where to purchase some. I was told there was humidifiers in each room to help with the space heaters...nope empty boxes. The closets had construction supplies in them and there was nowhere for personal belongings. The furniture was stained and outdated. The kitchen was not stocked and there was no baking sheets to utilize the oven. The skillets were so distorted that you couldn't cook on them safely. I searched the unit for a fire extinguisher, in case of a fire started while using all the space heaters. NO FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS EVER FOUND!.There was black mold in the main hallway and when I brought it up, the manager Kerry acted like it was no concern. The unit claimed there was a smart tv...far from it. You could not stream any apps! The beds were awful! Its seem like all the funiture was from a garage sale. Even the front door handle was broken. That's a cheap part to repace! It just shows they do not take care of the

It's clear that you were dissatisfied with the unit and issues you encountered during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, it is important to note that you had indicated you would leave a poor review unless we provided additional compensation beyond what was offered. While we always aim to resolve guest concerns fairly, we do not find it acceptable when guests use the threat of a negative review as leverage in order to gain more money.
After you reported your concerns about the temperature and issues within the unit, we worked quickly to respond and offer solutions. We determined moving you to a different unit would be the best option for you. While we understand that the transition may have caused inconvenience, our goal was always to ensure you had a comfortable place to stay.
We are always open to constructive feedback and work hard to maintain our properties, but we do ask for honest communication. Any issues with this unit are being taken seriously and being investigated so as to not be disruptive on future guest stays.
