Property Description
Pet friendly Cinnamon Ridge II #1 is a ground floor, end unit that is beautifully updated. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Views of Keystone Mountain, river and wetlands. Living room has comfortable seating, large flatscreen, wood fireplace and sofabed. Free WiFI and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen has granite-tile countertops and stainless appliances. Full size, washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 2. High chair in unit. Large covered deck with electric grill overlooks the valley and slopes and has a table for 2. Recreation/bike path right out the door. South facing and full of light. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Close to the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Undesignated, surface parking spaces for 2 cars is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes for your 2 vehicles in unit. Display on rear-view mirror.

Walk or shuttle to the Keystone slopes and ski/ride school. Arapahoe Basin is just 5 minutes away, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain 25 minutes. Located along the Snake River near beaver ponds. It is in the Mountain House Base Area of Keystone. Also walk or shuttle to nearby restaurants and River Run Village restaurants, shops and snowsport rentals. In summer enjoy festivals and events at River Run Village, mountain biking, cycling, golf at two championship courses, hiking, horseback riding, kids activities at Keystone Lake and more. Winter resort activities include tubing, ice skating, sleigh rides and events. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in unit, deadbolt and outdoor lighting.

The property was old but sufficient. The mattress in both rooms need to be replaced and the odor of the condo was a bit bothersome. The condo complex was in a great location and we enjoyed watching the wildlife from our porch/deck.

Nice and neat

Fun stay and perfect location. Check in and out of property was off site. Challenging to get a hold of property manager with check out questions. Also, make sure you bring your own coffee, soap and shampoo products.

The view from the deck is serene and peaceful. Easy 5 minute walk to gondola at Keystone. Walking distance to great coffee and restaurants - wonderful stay!

Great spot, comfy stay

Such a cute place. Very comfortable. We could have stayed much longer very comfortably. We did get altitude sickness pretty hard (especially the children) so i kinda wish someone had warned us about thinkabout that. But otherwise it was ideal. Kind of annoying to have to pick up and drop off keys at a seperate location, but the communication about that wqs very accurate and up front so cant blame them too much

Plenty spacious for just the two of us, could have easily fit another 2 people comfortably. We did not end up bringing our pup with us on this trip but would have accommodated her nicely being a first floor unit with a walking path right next to the unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you’d need to make a meal and the unit was very clean overall. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view and trail access

We very much enjoyed a relaxing summer stay at this abode. The mountain view and access to trails around the river and marshes was appreciated. The location is convenient for access to Keystone Village/ River Run as well.

Great Ski Condo!

We are traveling with our dog and this place was wonderful! Great view of the mountains and a short, easy, beautiful walk to the Peru ski lift. The condo was roomy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the view of the water and mountains was breathtaking, the kitchen was well equipped and the layout was roomy and great. My favorite was the walking trail directly behind the condo, it was great for taking our dog on lovely walks during the day and evening. My husband and I decided if we ever return to Keystone, we'd definitely try to stay here again.

Had a great time

Loved the location and view. Place was very clean except the walkway outside of the door. Someone did clean before the end of my stay. Felt safe staying here. The mechanical room is a bit noisy, more so for my dog who thought it was someone at the door every time it did what ever it was doing Would seriously consider booking the condo in the future.

Lovely location for a fall getaway!

My son and I needed a quick getaway for fall break. We had a great time just watching movies, cooking and hiking in and around the condo. It was VERY clean and perfectly outfitted for what we needed. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking and a nice balcony with a pretty view. Great location and easy parking. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: Negatives: The door key is hard to use, the parking lot is a skating rink, there is no access to the lovely path you can see off the balcony, the free shuttle bus is great but takes an hour to do the entire loop. Positives: The beds are comfy, the place is quiet, the view is great, the location is good but you need to drive to the ski area so get home at the end of the day in less than an hour, the kitchen is well stocked. We had a great time for two nights.

Great location, cosy and comfortable, amazing views

Slightly annoying to have to go to the office to get the keys but other than that we had a great time. A few maintenance issues, nothing big. Nice walking areas and walkable to restaurants and shops. Very clean. We had a great time in it.
