Private Balcony w/ Mountain Views, Pet Friendly!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and a twin day bed with twin trundle. It features a private deck with a new outdoor hightop table and chairs, perfect for taking in the mountain views. Step outside to the shuttle for a short ride to the lifts or during the summer you can take a walk to Lakeside Village for shopping and restaurants. Just west of the complex is The River Course, one of two championship golf courses in Keystone. The Pines offers shared amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna and more.

This ground floor condo features a living area with comfortable furniture. There's a flat screen TV next to a wood-burning fireplace with beautiful stonework. The private deck is just off the living area and features mountain views and outdoor seating.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen smart TV and scenic views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door that separates the walk-in shower for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Okay, but not great...

The location of the stay was nice. The mountain views were fantastic. The patio and grill was a nice detail for cooking outdoors. I really enjoyed the great amount of lighting around the place. The stay at the Pines was great! We really enjoyed the area and being able to go to the clubhouse for swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. One thing I would recommend is putting the bath mats through the washer more frequently because they seemed a bit yellow in color. When I dropped something on them I wiped it up and there was a circle of white where I did that. Just a thought for making it look a little more clean in the master bathroom! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay for the weekend!

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place and view are beautiful. Worked great for my family of 5. One did sleep on the couch as the bedroom would have been a bit small for all 3, she was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, however my 16 and 19 year old felt like theirs were a bit too firm. Shuttle is a very short walk. It is a little long to get to river run as you need to get 2 shuttles but as long as you plan your times it’s fine. My husband did drive us one of the days as it can take about 40 minutes when you need to take both shuttles. If you get off at mountain west it’s a quick 15-20 minutes. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Laundry in the unit would be a wonderful addition, however the clubhouse is a short walk so easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this condo!

A Little Piece of Heaven

The kitchen is well stocked for all needs during your stay. It was a pleasurable, quite stay. The bus stops every 20 minutes right in the parking lot. We didn't realize that when the contract states that only 6 people could stay that this would also mean you can't have anyone over for dinner. I wish there would be a little more flexibility, as we were visiting our son working here, and we couldn't spend time with him after he got off work unless we went out to eat which defeated the point of having an apartment. Also, there are no heaters in the bathrooms, which has them at a pretty cold temperature.

Beautiful views from a spacious well appointed condo.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The condo was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It was close to the river and walking paths. Our only issue was that we needed a 3rd parking spot one night. The HOA only allows 2 cars even though the lot was empty. We were told incorrectly that we could park at the Conference Center. Turns out that was incorrect info.

The condo was amazing and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoying the balcony in the mornings and evenings, hiking along the Snake River, and swimming in the pool. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
