In a great location close to the village. Was a cozy place to stay. It is a little older seeming of a building, a couple loose draws and switches, but that did not impact my stay. Would stay there again.
We had a 5 day mid-week ski trip to Keystone. The property was very clean the day we arrived and I found the condo to be very well equipped and spacious. We mostly ate out at night, but didn't have to as the kitchen had lots of pots and pans and everything needed for cooking. We walked each day to River Run Gondola, which took about 10 minutes, but you could actually drive to the free parking lot which would avoid 2/3 of the steps. There is supposed to be a shuttle stop next to the building, but we couldn't quite figure out the schedule to easily get to the gondola. The pool and hot tub downstairs were very nice and there is a grill outside the pool area for cooking. Check out Steep Brewery downstairs for some good local open mike and Karioke night.

perfect spot, comfortable
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! nice size bedrooms and bathrooms
This condo is very spacious for our entire family and our pet. I would recommend this condo for anyone that needs space for 3 to 6. Right next to River run and the gondola and an easy bus ride to in all the other sites.
Scott was an awesome host, answering questions while he was on vacation. The garbage disposal died one evening, the next morning he had a maintenance guy replace it. Rooms were clean and kitchen well furnished. Two large master bathrooms with large tubs great for soaking.
We visited with 3 adults and 2 kids for a skiing vacation. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub after being on the slopes. The bus came right to the front door and we were 1 stop away from the gondola. I also appreciated that the washer and dryer were updated and full sized. We would love to stay here again.
Great host, great location, and wonderful experience. Time to get new TVs in the unit but otherwise, the place is great. Loved being above Steep and having easy access to the small grocery/liquor store with short walk to the village.
Great location for a ski trip. The condo worked well with 3 kids all getting their own bed.
Really like the location of this condo. It’s close enough to walk to the lifts but far enough away from the village to avoid the crazy crowds. We saw inconsistent times for the shuttle so we just walked to the slopes a few times. Like the kids bedroom setup, all 3 kids got their own beds! There are few restaurants in the below plaza that made it easy to enjoy not cooking for a few nights.

Great dog inclusive property
Close enough to walk to town, far enough away to be peaceful. Perfect size for a family of five. Lovely condo, very well kept...which is near impossible to find in a dog friendly property. Owners made the experience super easy. Lovely walking path in the trees right near property. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
The space was PERFECT for our family of 5! The apartment is located in an ideal spot for a relaxing ski trip and the layout is spacious with all the amenities we needed. Most importantly, Scott was very professional and honest in his interactions with us. We would definitely come back. Highly Recommend.
We had a wonderful spring break staying at this condo. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living area. We loved sitting by the fireplace after being on the mountain. We also played games that were provided. In addition, it was nice to be able to wash our clothes when needed. The kids loved the indoor pool. The whole community felt safe, and we had easy access to restaurants and a little convenient store (on property) for any last minute needs. Last but not least, our host was quick to reply and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!
Overall ok visit to River Run/Keystone! Pet friendly and well marked areas to walk your pets. There were a significant amount of concerns about cleanliness. We had to fully reclean the balcony due to animal fur, possible urine etc. otherwise we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the views and surroundings. Rugs were dirty. Floors were so-so.I understand that in these times it is hard to keep staff and have consistency. The location is good. Would stay there again if it was better kept up cleanliness-wise.i see this as an easy fix.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Not awesome, but was fine for what we needed. The good: Good communication with owner, and he was very responsive.
Parking in the garage was great, and the elevator was appreciated. Great location. Loved the small balcony. Beds were comfortable.
Some rough points: No ability to stream on the TVs. Surround sound kinda works, but central channel doesn't work, and there's no way to change the volume of the TV itself. Water pressure in the 2nd bath is really low. Furniture and appliances have seen better days, but the couches were very comfortable.

This place was extremely dirty!
So I spent at least a week cleaning. There was even grease left in pans and put in cupboards. We scrubbed cupboards with manic erasers. There was inch thick dust. I tried washing filthy rugs. They feel apart and I replaced them. There were linens with vomit on them put in the back of a closet. Really the cleaners need to be fired. For 6 of our 8 weeks construction went on one floor above us. It was loud from 8-5. It was the worst Air b n b I’ve ever stayed in. DO Not Stay here!!!!
My husband had a bike race in Keystone and we chose this condo for its location to the gondola and it was pet friendly. This is a second floor condo with a small balcony. Nice location, it sits above retail shops such as a brewery, coffee shop, and a small convenience store. The gondola was about a 15 minute walk from this unit. As with all condos in the area there was no air conditioning. They provided a few cheap standing house fans, but the unit got quite warm. They do not have ceiling fans, although they really should invest in some or at least a few box fans. Kitchen was good, pots and pans have seen better days. Hard to clean some of the pans and were warped. The unit itself was nice, The TVs were super annoying but we figured them out, just slow and confusing. Kids room was behind double doors which was nice and each kid got their own bunk bed. Master bed was comfortable. Towels are sparse (only 4 in the unit) and they don’t provide any at the pool/hot tub so would bring your own if you can. Overall, some minor annoyances, but we enjoyed this unit and beautiful Keystone! Would stay here again.
My family and I (and dog) loved being so close to River Run and to the path along the river. Pretty view of the mountain and even saw a huge bull moose in the back yard of condo behind us!
Lots of room in this condo! Kitchen was stocked great with pots, pans, and spices! Scott was a great host! He answered all my questions within minutes! ♥️

What makes this property unique
We enjoy being able to spread out and relax while visiting the mountains. Our condo has a very large living area and allows for larger gatherings including family reunions.
