New listing! Welcome to the Landmark! This gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Offering panoramic views and just 100 yards from the Eagle Bahn Gondola!

As you enter this wonderful space you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and a cozy atmosphere. The first guest bedroom equipped with a queen bed, couch and flat panel TV as well as the first guest bathroom are on this level. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and separate vanity.

Make your way down the hall to find the living room. You will be welcomed by floor to ceiling windows and breathe taking mountain views. Step out on the deck to soak up the sun, BBQ, or enjoy a glass of wine and breathe in crisp clean air. The living quarters also offer up a wood burning fireplace, cozy sitting area and flat screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to whip up a feast and fuel up for your day. The dining table with chair and bench seating is also in the space and there is bar seating in the kitchen available as well. Coffee and filters are provided complimentary.

The property boasts an upstairs master suite where you can see skiers descend from the comfort of your king bed. The vaulted ceilings and en-suite updated bathroom with tiled and glass shower make this a wonderful place to unwind after a successful day on the slopes. The second guest bedroom is also upstairs and situated with two double beds, flat screen TV and a small North facing patio. The guest bathroom outfitted with shower/tub and separate vanity is between the bedrooms.

The condo also comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-quality toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We are also available 24-hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Extra guest amenities include a laundry facility, gym, terrace pool, three hot tubs and a firepit with seating! Walk to Lionshead Village in just minutes and enjoy shopping and dining at its finest. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great spot, easy access

Great location and furnishings. Beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were plentiful. Staff at the Landmark were great. Very lovely spot. Only complaints is that the televisions were so old and hard to work. Very little basic elements for cooking, cookware was decent but we had to purchase salt which is annoying. Coffee maker was small, only makes half a pot. Didn't realize the laundry was not in unit/ not available to us in unit.

AMAZING location!!

This location was absolutely PERFECT for our group of 8 guests. Walking distance to the gondola and all the amazing restaurants in Lionshead, and a quick bus ride to the rest of Vail Village. Staff was always super helpful and responsive. We'll absolutely be back!

Great unit - terrible property management

We were really impressed by the unit itself, it actually feels larger in person than the pictures make it seem. The balcony overlooks the village and the beds were all comfy. The issue we had was with the downstairs shower which we could never get any water out of all weekend and on one day there was a building-wide issue with the hot water. The property management claims it only lasted a couple hours but it was from 2 pm to at least 8 pm so right after we were all getting off the mountain and wanting to wash off before dinner. The hot tubs were also ice cold and we spoke with the front desk and multiple other guests about the issue but somehow the property management says they've "confirmed there were no issues with the hot tubs" LOL the front desk literally taped signs to the door to inform guests of the issue and we have pictures of it. I get you have a business to run but doing so dishonestly is not right, they fully gaslit us. They refunded us less than 6% of our total which I feel like is not a meaningul gesture given how much we spent on this unit and what kind of customer service should be expected. Would not stay here or any other SkyRun property again.
