Great Condo Building - Condo In Progress

Loved the Tiffany House condo property. The owner of the condo was responsive with communication. The space of the condo was as described and plenty of room and great views. The finishes in the condo are in progress: bedroom 2 tv in box on floor and not set up, electric shades not all working, batteries dead on some remotes, outlet cover missing. This was a last minute booking and it fully met our needs and I’d return to this condo building. Great location.

Not Ready to Recommend Quite Yet

The Tiffany is great and the amenities/location excellent, but we had the following issues during our family's stay, December 24-31, 2023. -Having only one key fob for access by 3 active adults and 2 kids going in different directions was a disaster. The Gale app only opens the doors to the unit, it does not give access to the front door, the elevator or the pools (as provided by the fob). It took us almost an hour to check in because the front desk did not have an owner's fob. -The garbage disposal was not working. -The toilet seat in the master bath is still screwed up, even though I mentioned this to the Owner when I spoke to her on check-in day. -The bed in the master bedroom was not assembled properly. The center cross bar was not installed and was laying on the floor, plus 60% of the slats were not in place. After two nights of poor sleep, one of our guests located the missing hardware in the kitchen cupboard under the coffee maker and fixed the problem. -Given the high-end nature of the unit, it would be better if the unit had bath mats, a wine-bottle opener, cabinet doors without scratches, and all of the doors to the storage closets outside the master bedroom could be closed properly. This unit has the potential to be a great rental but is not there yet.
