Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Never got instructions for the stay so day of booking had to spend hours on phone with VRBO support while out of town so I had a place to stay. Don’t make a listing if you’re going to ignore messages for days and not actually let people stay.
