This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home sits on a premium corner lot W/PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE. The privacy fence adds security and comfort for your getaway. Recently added, is a hydrotherapy hot tub that comfortably seats 7 people. Abundance of natural light throughout 2nd and 3rd levels. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table. Every room has it’s own en-suite bath and closet. Relax in style with a private yard. Close proximity to prominent restaurants and bars. Minutes away Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, and just a few blocks away from Downtown!

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
My housekeepers are currently using antiseptic and antibacterial products to fight COVID-19; they are being extra diligent in sanitizing the rooms including – bathrooms, door handles, desk table and chairs, light switches, remote, safety latches and locks, common areas. I have enhanced our cleaning protocols to include additional sanitation and cleaning routines. This enhanced cleaning protocol increases the cleaning and sanitization of high-touch areas that affect guests and employees. Safety during this trying time is of the highest priority in my home.

Clean, modern property exactly as advertised

Stayed in this property with a group of friends for a weekend in Houston. It was extremely clean and comfortable for everyone. The hot tub was also a nice plus.

EADO Area

Sam’s place was beautiful and clean!!! The hot tub was a plus! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The location was close to the downtown area where there were lots of dining/bar options. I would definitely recommend staying at Sam’s home!

Great Home Base For Houston

Feels like a brand new home. Lots of space with comfy beds. We also loved the hot tub. Houston is not really a walkable city, so this is a good home base.
