Wohnen in der Garage

Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der erste Eindruck ist eher ungepflegt..., Fenster müssten geputzt werden. Die Wohnung riecht feucht. Es ist halt eine ehemalige Garage...

FeWo " Gartengmhaus" Düneneck in SPO

Ruhige Lage ,gleich hinter dem Deich, Citi-Bus gut erreichbar ( hatte leider gerade Streik) SPO Dorf zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung gemütlich , gut beheizt in der kalten Jahreszeit. Die Kleinigkeiten, mit denen ich nicht zufrieden war, habe ich mit dem Vermieter besprochen und denke, daß die Sachen behoben werden.. Ich hatte 5 wunderschöne Tage in St. Peter Ording und Umgebung und würde das Quartier auch gern wieder mieten.
