The attractively furnished 2-room duplex apartment is tastefully furnished. Sufficient space offers the spacious built-in wardrobe on the first floor and a separate cloakroom with storage room in the EC. The living area is decorated with terracotta tiles, the sleeping area with a wooden floorboard. The sleeping accommodation is located on the upper floor of the apartment. The open ceiling with its old roof beams completes the cozy character of this apartment. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. In this apartment it is allowed by agreement to bring a dog. Price for accommodation per night € 10,00. Our apartments are all equipped with towels, tea towels and bed linen. Every three days there is a free towel change. We are happy to provide on arrival with a toddler a cot and a high chair free of charge. Would you like an intermediate cleaning during your holiday? A total of 28 inhabitants is the small, independent municipality Grothusenkoog with an agricultural area of about 320 ha. Peace and relaxation promises the wide view over fields and pastures - true balm for strained nerves. Enjoy the quiet and well-kept atmosphere of the Eichenhof. Our six apartments are for two to five people and all have a separate entrance, a private terrace with teak furniture in country style and a car parking space. All the equipment goes far beyond the standard of a standard apartment and includes all things that make life more enjoyable. The extensive garden with mature trees invites you to rest. For our little guests there is a generous activity and playing field with swing, sandpit and many toys. A table tennis table invites to a match. Table tennis rackets are available.
