The penthouse with its 95m² was very modern and equipped with love. Enjoy every Wednesday the weekly market in St. Peter village on your doorstep and end the evening with a glass of wine in the village street. Modern und gemütlich, zentral gelegen

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit einem Auge für‘s Detail und einem stimmigen Farbkonzept. Sehr angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Arbeitsflächen links und rechts vom Herd könnten ein bisschen besser ausgeleuchtet werden, dort kommt die Deckenbeleuchtung und das Licht der Dunstabzugshaube nicht so richtig an. Dafür ist der Tresen gut beleuchtet. Zentral gelegen am Marktplatz ist man zu Fuß in etwa 10 min am Deich, in der näheren Umgebung sind fußläufig viele Restaurants und Cafés sowie Geschäfte zu erreichen. Wer lärmempfindlich Ist sollte wissen, dass das Haus direkt am Markt, einer Kreuzung, einer Schule und einer Bahnlinie liegt (zentral eben). Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir haben auch bei geöffneten Fenstern gut geschlafen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Penthouse an der Hauptverkehrsstraße inkl Schienenverkehr

Das Penthouse ist ok. Neu. Gute Raumaufteilung, viel Balkon. IKEA-Einrichtung. Qualität 3- Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Strand/ Meer ist von der Wohnung nicht zu sehen. Für uns fussläufig zu weit weg. Alles in allem war es ok. Trotzdem: Ich würde die Wohnung nicht noch einmal mieten. Wie im Titel erwähnt, liegt das Haus des Penthouses direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt und Touristen Parkplatz von St Peter Ording. Die Bahn fährt alle 10 min. Schranke runter, Start-Stop Funktion der wartenden Autos, laute Musik uvm lässt einen immer wieder aufhorchen. Schranke hoch, alles fährt los. Uns hat‘s genervt. Typische Geräusche am Meer sollten Möwen Brandung Wasser und Wind sein. 1 Bad, kein Gäste-WC. Bei verschiedenen Haushalten nicht so angenehm. Fahrstuhl funktionierte zu keiner Zeit. Der sofort angeforderte Service erfolgte nicht. Für den entgangenen Service wurden uns 20€ (5€ pro Tag) erstattet. Wir hatten statt für 2 Personen fälschlicherweise (homepage war irreführend) für 3 Personen gebucht. Die zuviel gezahlten 35€ hat der Eigentümer nicht erstattet, wobei ich mich frage, wieso nicht 🤔? Die Touristen- Information, die die Schlüssel Übergabe regelt, hat sofort die zuviel gezahlten 4€ Kurtaxe ausgezahlt.
