About this property

Welcome to your home away from home. This beautifully and thoughtfully appointed newly renovated living space has been designed with your comfort in mind. Spacious layout, 16-foot ceilings, large windows, natural light, and stylish art-deco finishes and decor. Each bedroom is private. There are a total of 4-bedrooms in the unit. The apartment with a fully appointed bathroom with rainfall shower head , subway tile, and modern vanity may be shared if a guest is not renting the entire unit.
The space
We offer a full-sized kitchen which includes new stainless-steel appliances, new stainless-steel fridge, gas range, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is ample counter space for all your cooking requirements. We offer 4 private bedrooms with full walk-in closets lighted closets: the 4th bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with a flat screen T.V.

For your comfort we offer complementary WIFI, the use of a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free in unit washer and dryer, basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and tea kettle as well as Netflix/Roku.

Cute, comfortable, and quiet.

We had a great time visiting Chicago. The property was well designed and cozy, a home I'd live in. The host was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. Would stay there again on another visit!

Luxe furnishings, finishes, linens and convenient amenities make this a great home to stay in either long term or short term.
