It is located in a dead end in a quiet, idyllic location in the so-called quiet village, where only thatched houses are. In just a few minutes walk to the village with restaurants, cafes, bakers, shops and shopping or the South Beach.

In the lower area there is a large entrance area, a living-dining room with open fireplace, a master bedroom with double bed, and a shower room.
