This unit was spacious and many dishes to use. The only thing I would suggest is that the slider doors track was dirty and the white chairs on the deck were dirty on the back side. All else was great.

This is a beautiful home with exceptional views! We were very happy with our stay and made full use of all the amenities. Condo, share pool and property in general were very clean and maintained. Our AC stopped working while we were there and a technician was out within four hours to repair it. We would definitely return to the same condo in the future.

Great space for large families

An excellent place for our large extended family. We decided we needed a larger place than our normal NMB location, and this location fit the bill perfectly.

The size and location are awesome! Every room is beautifully decorated and easy to accommodate large families. My favorite area was the large kitchen, island and dining room table. The only negative was the pots and pans and can opener needed upgrading.

This condo accommodated our family very well – three generations of us. It was a great location and provided beautiful views of the beach. We loved it! We loved the open living area, and large kitchen island with plenty of seating, huge table, and large refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The 3 parking spaces under the condo were very convenient. We loved being right on the beach and as well as being next to the pier with the restaurant, and there is a walk-up window where you can get ice cream! Cherry Grove Pier is beautiful in the evening when it is lit up. Rental Leaf, their property management company, was wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and provide great, prompt communication (usually within minutes). You actually talk to “real” people! Lisa was amazing. John was also very helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was our second year staying at this property and again, no disappointment whatsoever!! Check-in was a breeze, the house was clean, and the location is perfect!! The only minor complaint is availability of parking. 2 trailers were parked in the auxiliary parking but our property manager did what they could to help, which I greatly appreciate!! We will definitely stay here again!! 5 stars all around!!

Had a great time. Suggestions: list of appliances available as well as general items in kitchen. I also think it would better if parking slots were assigned to each unit.

Condo for Girls Trip

There were 8 of us that stayed for a 50th birthday girls weekend. Location was great, communication was good and thank you for the early check-in and late checkout. We had a great time. The only negative about this property were the beds. They are not comfortable at all.

Perfect for our yearly family beach trip.

This was a beautiful unit. It had everything we needed to make our beach trip a very memorable one for everyone, including the kiddos. The types of bedrooms worked out perfect for all the different ages. Just a few steps out to the beach which worked out perfect with kids and all the things we had to take down.Hopefully the pier will be in operation next year. Hopefully they will allow us to stay there again next year. They all loved it so much that they want to stay longer next year.

Family Gathering

The property is in a great location and I would definitely recommend staying here. The check in process was very easy. When ever I had a question they responded in a timely fashion. We had an issue with the ice maker so management brought us bags of ice every day. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely be renting from them again!!

Spacious, bright and beautiful view!

We had 9 adults for a family vacation and had plenty of space! We got passes to park 3 cars with the unit. You'll have to rent beach towels, umbrellas and chairs ahead of time. They may not be available if you wait until the first day.
