Ca corresponde vraiment pas à ce qu'on avais vu, on est arriver l appartement etais sale , yavais une odeur horrible qu'on arriver pas à faire partir, niveau isolation franchement à revoir

Dans l’ensemble c’est bien

L’appartement est bien dans l’ensemble pour y dormir mais pas adéquat pour les personnes de plus 1,80m par rapport à la douche on est limite à touché le plafond mais on fait avec . Le ménage était limite retrouvé du sable sous le lit et le frigo ne doit pas être beaucoup déplacé nous on a était obligé de l’enlever car il y a une grosse araignée qui c’était faufiler derrière et on a nettoyé tout ce qui avait en dessous . Le point faible est la rue, dangereuse par rapport au vh qui passe vite

Cette location nous a totalement convenu avec ma copine et moi. Tout est fonctionnel et elle est tres bien localisé, proche de dinard et à 200 m de la mer et d’un chemin qui la longe pour courir.

Manque d'isolation

L'isolation n'est pas suffisante pour avoir de l'intimité. Nous entendions quotidiennement les voisins du dessus qu'elle que soit l'heure. Une situation exaspérante quand il faut endormir des enfants. Comme s'ils etaient avec nous...

Très bien pour les quelques nuits passées. On sent que le minimum est fait pour viser la rentabilité. Le seul bémol serait le ménage qui n'était pas très bien fait.

Un freezeur avec le réfrigérateur serai plus adapté pour le logement, la vaisselle était sale, le rideau de douche coupé à plusieurs endroit. Le bon point une très bonne literie.
