Our 3 star apartment for 2 persons is located in our detached, family-inhabited house, 2. Floor with sloping ceilings / dormers (32 steps, WITHOUT LIFT), in a quiet side street, almost adjacent to the local vineyards.     ��                                              ��       In our wine village offer you gastronomy and Winzerhöfe best opportunity to pamper yourself with fine food and wines. In the village are bakery, RV Bank, Sparkasse.                            ��            The nearest bus stop is about 50m from our house. It is possible in the direction of Bad Dürkheim or Grünstadt to reach the train stations to get to know our beautiful wine region by train in a larger radius.

Our new, bright apartment - Non smoking - is located in the 2nd OG - attic, with dormers, 32 steps, - NO elevator - in a quiet side street and is completely furnished. The apartment size is incl. Hallway about 38 m². The compact small fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker / 4 - Cerankochfeld, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee-pad machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, blender, sufficient cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, coffee and dining service, large cups, glasses, utensils for Filteraufbrühung, thermos flasks and various cooking aids, kitchen towels, cleaning products and towels equipped. Spices as well as coffee, coffee pods and different types of teas are included in the initial supply free of charge, we will not take over any further supply. NEW: small dishwasher In the apartment there is a separate freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The living-dining room with double sofa bed, sideboard, TV, small dining table and chairs, invites you to linger.  NEW: mobile air conditioning The separate bedroom has a double bed - 140 cm wide, foot open - and large mirrored wardrobe - plenty of hangers - equipped with furniture safe and small seating area. Bed linen is provided. The bright bathroom with shower - almost at ground level - and toilet, has radiator and floor heating. Washing machine, hairdryer, magnifying make-up mirror - illuminated - bath stool, as well as sufficient hand and bath towels are of course available. Also free, various care and hygiene items. If necessary bathrobe - free of charge - please register when booking. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning utensils are also available. An unobstructed, comfortable patio in front of the house - 2-seater, 2 armchairs with cushions, table, large sun awning, can be used for relaxing and / or smoking. The patio is at your sole disposal during your stay in our house. Unfortunately, pets can not be brought along. Exception, upon previous request. Parking is on our property, in front of the house - CCTV NEW: Video-monitored On request, we offer more sleeping - at extra cost - on the double sofa bed in the living room.
