Apartment Katharina - 4-bed apartment shower / WC, 2 bedrooms

The newly furnished, well insulated attic apartment is located near the village center and is easily accessible by car. Our farmhouse was built (ANNO - 1821 - C - Mannstein) in typical Trier country house style. In front of the separate (formerly Scheunentor) house entrance is enough parking available. Side of our house is a beautiful meadow with trees u. Gardens. With a direct connection to the Maare-Mosel-Radweg and the Liesertal our place is an ideal starting point for fantastic cycling and hiking tours. Excursions in our area are the Manderscheider castles, the abbey Himmerod as well as the Eifelmaare and the Mosel valley.

Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss ist wunderbar hell, und absolut sauber! Küche ist fast besser ausgestattet als daheim 😊 Die Lage ist super ruhig, kein Krach, keine Autos. Zu Abend kann man hervorragend im Laufelder Hof essen, 50m von der Wohnung weg. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Sogar zwei kleine Sektchen und ein Wasser haben wir im Kühlschrank vorgefunden 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbreit. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur top, super Lage, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Küche mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die zentrale Lage in der Vulkaneifel machen unseren Urlaub über den Jahrenswechsel trotz nasskaltem Wetter zu einem angehmen Erlebnis. Gerne wieder.
