Beautifully located cottage about 200 m from the outskirts. Stand alone on the banks of the Prüm. The house is completely renovated, with large lawn, barbecue and covered terrace with open fireplace. Distance to the reservoir Bitburg approx. 5 min., Short ways to Bitburg and Luxembourg. An ideal starting point for activities such as hiking and cycling in the Southern Eifel Nature Park.
