The modern, cozy cottage in wood construction is located in the heart of the Westerwald 2km from the center Dierdorf center and conveniently located 7 km to the A3 motorway. The holiday home completed in 2017 on 90 square meters perched, built on thick wooden pillars, high above the garden. With plenty of wood outside and inside, the light-flooded house radiates warmth and comfort. In the spacious and open construction, you can comfortably accommodate up to eight people, but still retreat behind the living room counter, on the gallery or the bunk above the living room, which can be reached via a wooden staircase. The separarte bedroom offers relaxation anyway, as it is on the garden side and completely quiet. In the kitchen is a lot of space for cooking. The large dining table can be extended to three meters in length. The nine-square-meter balcony faces south and provides privacy through the wooden paneling of the parapet. Nevertheless, one looks at the green of the garden. In winter, the sun warms the house over the long south side with the large windows. In the hot summer, the surrounding trees provide the necessary shade. In short, in summer, the rooms are cool and ventilated, warm and cozy in winter. We run a small beekeeping and cider making business, of which two beehives are in the garden for pollinating our fruit trees. You can always buy fresh honey and apple juice from westerwald orchards here. Leisure activities in the area: cycling and hiking trails, indoor swimming pool, tennis, horseback riding, mini golf, gliding, zoo, climbing forest, garden route, geyser, water park, butterfly garden, numerous lakes, winter sports, skating rink, theater, cinemas, various shopping possibilities in 2 km.

Für acht Erwachsene grenzwertig

Das Ferienhaus ist ok. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es sich bei den acht Schlafplätzen nicht um richtige Betten handelt. Es gibt ein Bad mit einer Toilette, auch das ist für acht Erwachsene grenzwertig.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut für zwei Personen mit Hund. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wenn etwas zu kritisieren wäre, sollte eventuell das Bett bzw die Matratze erneuert werden.
