The manor house was built around 1720 at an equally old village well in the middle of Palzem. In our cozy wine tavern the guests are spoiled with the special drops of the house. The Strupp family cultivates over 10 hectares of vineyards according to the philosophy of tradition and dynamism with the well-known grape varieties such as Auxerrois. Gray Burgundy, Chardonnay, Morio nutmeg, Rivaner and Elbling. Since 1987, the red varieties Blue Spätburgunder, Dornfelder, Merlot and dark fields.
