Beautiful views with plenty of room for our family of four. Great location, close to everything. Some of the finishes in the home were more antiquated than expected, but were negligible in comparison to the ocean views from both balconies.

The views and location were amazing! The two-story balconies were a favorite place to sit. The family room is very comfortable and has the same amazing view. This is an end unit, so the balcony wraps for sunset views over Cedar Key while the property faces more east and you get sunrise over the water. I loved watching the dolphins play from the balcony! The rooms were fine. Master was large and very easy to use and comfortable. The second bedroom was awkward with clear glass doors and still beds. The loft was advertised, but when we got there there was a sign that said not to use it because of insurance reasons. We had some small issues with ants and roaches. Management was very good at replying to everything, but we found ant spray, so told them they could hold off until we leave.Overall, a very good stay. The property is dated and could use a refresh, but was a decent value!

wonderful water view location and walkable to everything Cedar Key. Listing was both accurate and helpful especially given the absence of the town's former general store and where alternatives were available. The dolphins were a daily treat.

Best stay ever!

This was a fantastic place to stay! I so enjoyed being right beside the water and watching the dolphins. A very, very nice place to stay that feels private but is still close enough to walk to whatever you want to do.

Amazing views

Wonderful Views

We had a great time in Cedar Key! We enjoyed seeing the dolphins everyday right off the balcony. A short walk to all restaurants and shops! Could not have asked for a better location!!
