Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty contents in the refrigerator and any garbage or recycling items inside into the outside cans upon your departure date.
Place the trash and recycling cans at the end of the driveway. We greatly appreciate you doing so. (city ordinance)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As good as it gets

The house was just as listed. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Short walk to the beach, a few restaurants and grocery stores. Basically, a great location and a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn't want to leave

Great location, just a short walk to a great beach, with places to get food nearby. The house is tastefully decorated, has lots of comfortable furniture inside and out and basically everything you would need for a great stay. The house is always clean and keeps getting better with minor repairs and new kitchen gadgets. Should also mention that this house is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly faces. One of the best rentals around.
