Guest rooms close to the center and the university, quiet forest edge location
The small but very well equipped room can be occupied by 1-2 people. In the approximately 12 m² room there is a pull-out double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m) and a small pantry kitchen with hob and fridge! A television and W-LAN access is also available. A freshly renovated bathroom is available in the basement (accessible via a few steps) for sole use. After 200 m you can go for a walk in the beautiful forest. There are bus stops to the city center or the main train station in approx. 300 m. In 10 minutes you can walk to the city center and the university clinics. Bakers, food markets and cult pubs are also within walking distance!
