Exclusive - 2018 high quality new furniture with its own beach chair on the Baltic Sea. Enjoy a fantastic view from the balcony on the side of the Baltic Sea.

The house Atlantic - a lovingly restored bath style villa - is located directly on the fashionable Binz beach promenade and on the fine long sandy beach. It offers you a very comfortable holiday atmosphere right on the beach.

Enjoy the sun until late in the evening from two balconies (side sea view + south balcony). Gorgeous!
The light-flooded, spacious 50 m² apartment "Sommerwind" is equipped with a modern tiled floor.

The bright living room with a pull-out couch and dining area, a 40 "UHD TV with BluRay / DVD player, free WiFi / Internet, a stereo with DAB + and CD certainly leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchenette and dishwasher adjoining the living room is equipped with everything you need.
