Newly Renovated - Family Friendly 2 Bedroom Gulf View Condo

Unit 019 - Sandcastle 4D: New Rental. With crisp, and clean decor, and brand new wood flooring throughout the entire unit. Fully stocked kitchen with washer/dryer, half bath nearby, dining and living room completing the open floor plan on the main level. Living room has sliding glass doors leading to a private deck that's perfect for your morning coffee or a sunset dinner. Upstairs bedrooms feature private baths, and flat screen TV's. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a private balcony offering views of the Gulf of Mexico, and 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds, and futon that transitions into a futon bed. Beach chairs & Umbrella, Children life jackets, pool/beach floats, and air pumps available to guests during stay making for light packing and a fun beach or pool day! East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path. Sandcastle Community amenities include two pools with covered cabanas, and boardwalk access to the beach. This facility no longer allows tenant boat parking.

Walking distance to the beach

Best location to beach access. The beach restoration is wonderful. I was here a little over a year ago, and you couldn't walk to the east end from here. I always enjoy my stay on DAUPHIN ISLAND.

Property was as described and clean. The property was great enjoyed our stay. The island however is misleading not a lot to do unless the weapons just right make sure you make reservations for dinner or Plano. Going off the island every night. Also don’t believe the websites most places were closed or had different hours even if they said open on website.

Perfect 2Bed/2.5Ba for our Family Vacay

We loved the Sandcastle Condos! Great location- in relation to nearby beaches and restaurants in this gated community! Our unit did have a couple flights of stairs but luckily had safety gates available for us that helped with child safety. (But be careful wearing socks because they are slippery!) We loved being able to walk to the complex pools and down to the nearby beach. This was our first trip to DI, and we enjoyed it as a simple but fun family vacation. The ACP staff communicated well with us, and check-in and check-out were easy! Highly recommend!
