The home is located on a dead end street adjacent to the ThorntonPark neighborhood. The 408 highway is just off to the end of the road for easy access to connecting your group with beaches, theme parks and more.
- Bus stop: 1.5 minutes walking distance
- Scooter/E-bike rideshare is available in all of downtown through Lime, lyft, Bird and other vendors
- On site parking is a single driveway for up to 2 vehicles
- Located on a quiet dead end street close to all major highways
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood - No parties or gatherings permitted.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
❌ No smoking (Cancelled reservation + Fee for remediation)
❌ No pets (Cancelled reservation+ deep cleaning fee)
❌ Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the commodes.

⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
