At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in season A and B a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Ferienwohnung ohne Internet

Die Ferienwohnung war soweit in Ordnung, aber es gab kein Internet, darauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen, wo doch Internet heute Standard ist. Die Ferienwohnung lag zentral, Gaststätten und Einkaufsmarkt mit Bäckerei in der Nähe, auch zum Strand war es nicht weit. Handtücher habe ich selbst mitgebracht, da der Preis für ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch 8 € betrug, in anderen Ferienwohnungen sind die Handtücher bei diesem Preis (wir waren 3 Wochen da) enthalten.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Schöne, helle, top eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem nicht weit entfernt vom Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

sehr gut

große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage, großer Balkon, kein WLAN, aber durch Hotspots im Ort zu verkraften, empfehlenswert wäre, dazu Informationen vom Vermieter vorab zu geben

Leider lässt sich das trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht beschleunigen, da der Breitbandausbau in Prerow länger dauert, als erwartet. Wohlfühlwohnung

Ich fahre jedes Jahr nach Prerow - der schönste Ort auf dem Darss - und so hatte ich wieder einmal großes Glück mit dieser wunderschönen, großen Ferienwohnung - hell, beste Lage. Schon der große Rundbalkon ist herrlich!! Einfach nur schön!!
