Welcome to Waldheim,

We welcome you in our apartment in the 1. OG which is equipped for up to 4 people.

Our apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. Lovingly furnished you will use a large kitchen with dining area - a living room with TV and radio, two bedrooms - 1x equipped with a double bed - 1x equipped with 2 single beds. Your bathroom is modern with bath, large shower and underfloor heating. Furthermore, a fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Depending on the weather you have the opportunity to use our garden furniture, for comfortable sitting together, indoors.

In the garden area you can also include your bikes.

Our non - smoking apartment is located in the middle of the Saxon Burgenland.

After only 5 km you will reach the famous Kriebstein Castle. You do not even have to use the car to get there. Experienced hikers reach the castle in about 45 minutes on foot. Nice thing is that you can use different ways there. Once arrived, of course, a visit is almost "duty". Only approx. 3 km further on is the recreational area - with the dam "Kriebstein". With the excursion boat - depending on the season - you can quickly explore the surroundings. From the early summer months, many events take place on our lake stage, in the most beautiful ambience.

Various hiking and biking tours for the experienced and inexperienced are available. Whether you want to start in the direction of Mittweida or towards Döbeln.

No matter what you are looking for - from here you can quickly reach the cities of Chemnitz, Leipzig and Dresden, the castles in Leisnig, Colditz, Rochlitz - Döbeln with its horse tram and museums - castles in Augustusburg, Moritzburg and much, much more.

In the evening reach short-term on foot various dining options. From Dogans Döner, a popular Greek restaurant on Albis, various restaurants with home-style cuisine up to the Ratskeller - your evening supply is guaranteed in any case -

In addition, there will be a market day on Wednesdays.

Nice appartement in beautiful village

The owners are very friendly and helpful in providing tips and information on the appartement, village and region. The appartement is luxury equipped, plenty of room, clean, offering a nice garden with a table and 4 chairs and a swing cair. Wifi is perfect. Waldheim itself is a cosy village with 3 backeries, an ice cream café and a supermarket. Sturing the week jou can buy fresh fruit. All in all a very nice residence for staying in the beautiful Saxony region.

Die Wohnung ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegt schön zentral. Besonders gefallen haben uns die große Küche und das geräumige Bad. Das WLAN ist leider etwas schwach und die Einzelbetten im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind recht unbequem und könnten durchaus erneuert werden (insbesondere die Matratzen).

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Innenstadt von Waldheim, in der Nähe (fußläufig) befindet sich ein Bäcker, eine Eisdiele, mehrere Restaurants und das Rathaus, wo man auch mit Führer hochkann. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ein bisschen verwinkelt, aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran. Es sind: ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Eck Couch und zwei Hockern, eine größere Küche mit großem Glastisch und 4 Stühlen, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, draußen die Terrasse mit zu benutzen.Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch die Wirtsleute waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Fewo der Fam. Ehrlich in Waldheim

Diese Fewo kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Einrichtung, Ausstattung absolut perfekt, modern und sehr gemütlich! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich super und man erreicht sehr schnell die umliegenden Burgen und Schlösser. Es war rund um ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Vielen Dank!

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unseren Vermietern vor Ort begrüßt. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war nett und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Sie ist sehr hell und geräumig. Und sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Es war von allem reichlich da, so dass auch das Kochen kein Problem war. Und überall hatten wir genug Stauraum. Die Umgebung ist auch perfekt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen, ist aber mit dem Auto auch schnell an diversen schönen Ausflugszielen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung.

Perfekter Ort

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und toll modern renoviert. Die Gastgeber kamen persönlich vorbei und waren super nett. Toll waren einige Kleinigkeiten für den Start in den Urlaub: Getränke und frischer Kaffee . Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet, so dass wir direkt in die Entspannung starten konnten. Annähernd perfekt

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter sind überaus nett und in jeder Hinsicht auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. An vielen Stellen zeigt sich, dass die ganze Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Für eine Ferienwohnung sind insbesondere das Bad und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet, es gab sogar eine kostenlose Auswahl an Getränken und gemahlenen Kaffee! Auch konnten wir im Garten hinter dem Haus essen und es uns auf der Hollywoodschaukel gemütlich machen. Die Wohnung liegt im Ortskern von Waldheim, so dass Bäcker, Eisdiele & Co. bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ganz leise ist es dadurch allerdings nicht, vorbeifahrende Autos machen sich durch das Kopfsteinpflaster bemerkbar.
