A new apartment is being built in the middle of the beautiful Ore Mountains. Our apartment is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the Zschopau. Visit the Ore Mountains and spend your vacation in our modern furnished apartment. In 20min. you reach the Fichtelberg. With the Fichtelberg, the spa town of Oberwiesenthal offers the largest alpine ski area in eastern Germany. A total of 10 slopes with different levels of difficulty and a large network of cross-country routes await winter holidaymakers. The history of Himmelmühle The district of Himmelmühle, which belonged to Falkenbach until 1956, is located between Selva and the Wiesenbad thermal baths in the charming Zschopau valley, near the confluence of the Pöhlbach and the Zschopau.

Abgelegenes Plätzchen für eine Entspannungspause

Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und daher ist im Wesentlichen alles in gutem Zustand. Wir waren überrascht, wie klein die Ferienwohnung ist, nicht zuletzt, da in der Wohnungsbeschreibung davon die Rede war, dass sie auch für drei Personen geeignet sei. Das ist sie definitiv nicht. Es fehlen Schränke, um bspw. Kleidungsstücke zu verstauen. Als Alternative existieren allerdings Bettkästen. Keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher - muss man so akzeptieren - aber eine Begründung "wegen Corona" geht gar nicht. Unterm Strich eine nette Wohnung mit rauschendem Bach neben dem Fenster und damit perfekt um eine kurze Zeit den Alltagstrubel hinter sich zu lassen.
