A spacious spot for your next group getaway! Furnished with a King, Queen, Full and twin beds, we have you set up to sleep 7 but when you add in the cozy couches, you could include many more! We keep our homes stocked with essentials, safe and secure for our guests. Just feet from the 2-story dock that stretches out onto Lake Brownwood.

**The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. The lake levels are very low right now. If you need exclusive access to the boat slip, please contact us directly.**

Quiet place

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for us. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful! The property manager was very helpful. The town was extremely kind as well!! We would definitely stay here again.
