*******The most common question we get lately is "Do you have water at your dock?" YES WE DO! The photos were taken recently . While lake Brownwood is low right now, its still plenty full for boating, fishing, waterboarding, skiing, etc. There are low places in coves, but still plenty of water to have fun.***********

This 3 bedroom water front lake house is the perfect getaway. Sit on the top of the dock and enjoy the sunrise or afternoon suntanning. When it warms up, go down below to fish or read a book in the shade on the lower level of the dock.
When you’re ready for some activity, enjoy the 2 kayaks or paddle boards. The newly installed Wet Steps make it easy to get into the water relax & cool off . Choose to float in an inner tube or on a pool noodle , put out the 10 ft floating water mat, & enjoy. There are lots of life jackets for all sizes.
Don’t let the fun end when the sun goes down! There is a fire pit for making s’mores & hotdogs, along with a back deck to enjoy.

If it’s too hot or too cold, no problem. Just enjoy the pretty lake views in the sunroom area.
This house has plenty of room for everyone. It will sleep 12. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, kids cabin room containing a daybed,full size bed,& bunk beds. There’s also a futon in the small living room and a queen size mattress on the fold out couch in the living room.
For dining —— there’s a dining table that seats 8 and a second table in the front room that’s great for additional meal seating or as a game time table, along with 2 tables on the deck.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric oven, gas stove top, toaster oven, & plenty of dishes. There’s also a gas grill on the patio.
You’ll find a game room just off the living room with a air hockey table, chess table, board games,& a Barbie playhouse.
Down in the basement there’s a shuffleboard table and darts .
