Villa del Sol is our newest addition to the Sunkasa portfolio in Arrowhead Lakes. Beautifully renovated from top to bottom, this desert modern masterpiece is perfectly suited for your sunny getaway. This beautifully designed 5 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom California-style casual modern home is well equipped for gatherings of all sizes. Everything in the home is brand new following on a complete renovation. The home sleeps up to 12, but comfortably 10, and is a perfect base for a relaxation or for exploring all the area has to offer. Spend the day lounging in the pool soaking up the sun, cook and grill to your heart's content, then snooze off to sleep on our hotel-quality beds and linens.

In the front great room, you can enjoy pre-dinner cocktails in the conversation area or gather over a lively game of Rummikub, card or board games at the six-person game table. No matter how large your group is, the expansive open concept living area ensures that every member of the group has room to spread out.

KITCHEN: The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, pots, pans, utensils and serving ware to cook up fabulous meals. The kitchen has a professional-grade 42" six-burner dual fuel gas range + electric oven, accompanied by a large LG oven and microwave. In the center of the kitchen is a massive 10'x6' prep island that is also a perfect gathering area over drinks and snacks.

MASTER SUITE: Located upstairs with beautiful wide plank oak hardwood floors, an oversized king bed, private desk/work area, 65" QLED Smart TV with Youtube TV (Cable TV), Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The Master Bathroom has a separate walk in shower and free-standing tub in front of a picture window with beautiful sunset views. A double vanity and extra large walk-in dressing area ensures plenty of room to get ready.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: A cozy queen bed with your own 50" Smart TV with live TV & major streaming services.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 3: A perfect room for friends traveling together or for the kids to share with two Queen beds and a 55" Smart TV. Enjoy the views out the window of the foothills behind the neighborhood!

UPSTAIRS SHARED BATHROOM: This bathroom offers a tub & shower combination with a single vanity and large mirror. This bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms via the hallway.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 4: A lovely king bedroom with at 55" Smart TV and a private workspace -- perfect for remote working or learning. This is on the main level as the garage entry, living room and out to the pool, so is also a good option when going up/down stairs is undesirable.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 5: A charming queen bedroom with a 55" Smart TV for your own personal bedtime cinematic experience! This bedroom has a walk in closet and looks out to the entry courtyard.

DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Beautiful grey penny tiled bathroom with a walk in shower and a large double vanity. This bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms downstairs and is accessed via the shared hallway.

BACKYARD/OUTDOOR PATIO: The back yard is an expansive, multi-level resort style getaway with multiple couch and seating areas, chaise lounges and seating areas for your enjoyment. The pool is heated year round and has a large Baja tanning shelf with two chaise loungers in the pool to keep you cool while you enjoy the sun. There is also a large table with seating for up to 8 people where you can enjoy the sunsets and cocktails without ever leaving the pool!

There's a large outdoor sofa as well as a dining table for 10 for al fresco dining. A gas BBQ grill is available to satisfy your inner Grill Master!

On the lower level, there is a lake-side hot tub for 8 as well as a fire pit surrounded by six Adirondack chairs facing the water.

You will have exclusive and complete access to the property.

* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise, however this only monitors for sound levels and does not record audio.

* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.

* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, canibis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.
