Rear screened porch and firepit compliment a functional floor plan that is sure to create lasting memories at Tims Ford Lake! 6 Seater High Speed Golf Cart included (waiver and valid drivers license required - available 4/15-10/15). Up to 4 cars may be parked on the driveway. Garage is unavailable for use from 10/15-4/30. Close proximity to walkable downtown Winchester square! Walkable restaurants, boutique shops and movie theatre.

What a fabulous stay! Perfect weekend even if it rained. The house was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very comfortable. Plenty of room for all my family and friends. Golf Cart was a blessing!!! Thank you!!!

Perfect Family Get Away

This home was everything we wanted and more! Brian and his wife did not leave any detail out! My family of 9 adults and 2 children had such an amazing stay here! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and also have a space of their own to sleep at night. The basketball game in the garage was a favorite! Complimentary K cups and the ice maker under the counter was such a great added bonus!! The directions given were very easy to follow and the sub division was was very nice and quiet. When I would message Brian with a question, he would immediately respond every time. If you are looking for a top of the line place to stay, I would highly recommend staying here!
