Lovely completely remodeled lake home with a casual contemporary aesthetic! Welcome to the Heart House on Tim’s Ford Lake. On the water with private covered dock. Sleeps up to 14. Each of the 3 master suites have beautiful full bathrooms, Bunk room and a two twin trundle bedroom. Outstanding back deck covered patio and screened back porch with private wooded views and lake views. Relaxing screen porch and outdoor Fire pit & Adirondack chairs.

Please note: The dock at the Heart House is floating and usable for guests between April and mid-October.

Wonderful Lake Front Property

We had a groups of 6 for a family trip and this house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the dock, rented a boat for part of the stay and so enjoyed the water front location. Communication with Chris was spot on. House was very clean and welcoming.

It's as good as the pictures suggest

Beautiful home on a quiet street and calm waters. Recently renovated and well furnished.We appreciated the kitchen with the huge island and every plate, bowl cup spoon, knife, etc that you will need.There is close to zero boat traffic near the dock so swimming and paddleboarding are safe and fun. Summer water depth is 10ft.Minor issues were addressed by Chris who kept in touch with us.

This home was perfect for our Labor Day weekend visit. We had a large group and everyone had plenty of privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the home was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked. Private dock access was wonderful for swimming/boating. Our group loved the paddle boards that were provided. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had zero issues while we were there. Highly recommend!

Fabulous get away!

The house is very cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our week at the Heart House. The owner is gracious and wants to be sure you have a good experience. We brought our boat - the dock is clean and big enough to fish, the driveway held our two trucks, trailer and car easily. The boat ramp is close by. The beds are comfortable, which is highly unusual- you can tell they’re new and aren’t soft back breakers. Lots of towels and garbage bags available. Door Dash delivers groceries and food after a long day on the lake. Highly recommend!

65th Wedding Anniversary Trip for Our Parents

The Heart House was perfect for our family to celebrate our parents on their 65th wedding anniversary. The house is huge! Each of us were able to stay in our own bedroom with a bathroom for each of us as well. And there was still another whole bathroom and a half bath too! The kitchen has an island that was the best place to serve food and gather. It was the largest island and perfect for a group. We also love how the kitchen flowed into the dining and living area and then out onto a great deck! What a wonderful layout! I personally loved the screened in porch for early mornings! The boat dock is covered and perfect for fishing. We caught a few little ones and just enjoyed the quietness of the cove. There is a path and about 35 stairs to the dock, but it’s not too steep for my 86 and 87 year old parents to make. Bottom line, the Heart House is beyond amazing with the layout, top of line appliances, and dog friendly space that is beautifully decorated in a quiet cove. The owners thought of everything and it is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, laundry detergent pods, towels, plenty of blankets, games, TVs, and even water toys and paddle-boards. Chris the owner is very quick to respond to any question, very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly! We 100% recommend staying at the Heart House and hope to again someday! Too bad vacation is over because I would just want to live at this home it is so nice!
