What a wonderful home! Just as described, super clean and well decorated. We were visiting my son for family weekend at Samford and the home was so convenient to everything. The owner was very easily accessible and responsive. Well stocked and even a fun surprise in the refrigerator for the guests. We will definitely stay again as my son is only a freshman. So nice to have a go to place to stay now.

This property is amazing! The inside is new, cleaned and decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We loved the huge kitchen island you can sit and talk around. There’s also a huge dining table with plenty of seating. The high ceilings and windows made it so open and big. The covered patio in the back was perfect, and that’s where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The gated parking was an extreme plus so we didn’t have to park in the street. And it was so close to great shopping, food and other attractions. The host was quick to get back with any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Place for Friends to Gather

Great stay. The place was clean and welcoming. Felt like home. Our favorite spots were the kitchen and back porch. The location was convenient to our destination and other desired locations. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We will definitely stay here again. What a treat!!!

Birmingham Stay for UAB Commencement

Enjoyed staying in this townhouse for a long weekend during the UAB commencement. Spacious rooms with a large kitchen with new appliances and marble countertops and island. Easy check-in and out. The gated parking is incredibly convenient and very reassuring. Looking forward to staying here for future visits!

Fantastic Weekend

As usual, this property is a wonderful place to spend a weekend. This is a great place for grabbing people over for a long dinner and a great place to relax in the evenings with peace and quiet. Comfortable, well stocked, and centrally located. We'll be back.

Fabulous family weekend!!

This property is spectacular and the communication was excellent. It's inviting with a charming front little yard, patio and beautiful decor inside. The beds are comfy, everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen island is big enough for family dinner. We used dining room table for cards. We really enjoyed the security of the gated parking in back. Our family and grandparents came in for our son's Samford graduation. We will be back!

Lovely house in a great location

The house was excellent. We were in Birmingham for a wedding and this had everything we needed. There was a problem with an electrical failure in the kitchen but the owner responded almost instantly to our message and it was all fixed within an hour. Overall an excellent stay in a lovely house.

Second visit…will come again!

We booked the house again because it’s a relatively new construction, comfortable beds and great location. What we didn’t know is how fantastic the host, Susan, was. Very kind, responsive and has a lot of great suggestions for things to do in the area. We’ll be back!

Samford Family Weekend

House is lovely and well-appointed with gated parking, large kitchen. It is very easy to get on 31 and access to Samford and Homewood. Internet was good, home is very spacious and appears to be relatively recently built or renovated. No complaints.

Excellent property; great hosts!

This property is fantastic. The location is in the heart of Mountain Brook which is one of the best communities in Alabama and close to great shops and restaurants. The property is clean, well equipped and if you need anything the property manager is very responsive. The beds are comfortable and on the second floor. Both bedrooms are large and the second bedroom has two queen beds which is great. All beds are comfortable. Also like that there’s gated parking. Will stay again!

Wonderful place to spend time in Birmingham

This property is just what we need for our stays in Birmingham. The house is perfect for gathering our family and friends, and it's a great spot for a good night's sleep. We love the central location in Five Points, the private parking lot, and plenty of parking on the street. The kitchen is well-provisioned, and the HVAC can keep up with the heat and humidity! Jacob and Susan are fantastic hosts and very responsive to any needs or problems. We'll definitely be back.

Never disappoints!

This is my family's third time staying at this location and our second time staying in this unit. You can't go wrong with either unit. The owner is super responsive, the property is clean, spacious, has off-street parking, and is minutes from Vulcan Park and UAB. I love staying at this property and can't imagine my family staying anywhere else when we visit Birmingham.

We had a great stay! Very clean place with cute porches and front lawn. Highly recommend!!

Great new condo! Very spacious with walk in closets, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen and lovely porches and green space. Street is very quaint and location is minutes from 5 points restaurants and bars. 5-10 minute drive to Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Highland Park! We had one issue upon arrival but it was remedied and management went out of their way to take care of us! We will definitely be back!

Spacious Modern Brand-New Comfortable

We (our early 20s children and us the parents) were in town for a family wedding. Location of the town house close to everything- the city, restaurants, the venues, and our relatives. Check-in super easy- took us 30 seconds. Very comfortable place, so much room, gorgeous kitchen and beautiful bath rooms, comfortable furniture. Great towels, water pressure and showers. Everyone happy; no complaints, and that's unusual for my group. Was a great place to call home for the weekend and I would be happy to stay again.

Safe, Lovely Townhouse – A Wonderful StayWe had a fantastic stay at this townhouse. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the property itself was absolutely lovely. We had an amazing stay at the property. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, well prepared, and beautifully designed. Check in was seamless and very easy. The host was very responsive and replied to any inquiries within a few minutes. Overall the stay was excellent. The location is quiet and very conveniently located. The gated parking was very nice as well. We were in town for a family gathering and would love to stay here again!
