My name is Kathy Scott, and my family has called the Brazos Valley home for five generations. My husband, Neil, and I are grateful to serve our community as local business owners. We are local short-term rental property owners and are hands-on in managing our properties. I’m also a real estate broker and designer. I’ve built a career around managing properties and creating positive experiences for our guests and for the homeowners who trust us to share their beautiful homes with our community through short-term rentals.
Hosting combines everything I love: designing welcoming spaces, connecting with people from all over, and sharing the community we’ve cherished for more than 20 years together as a couple, and for most of my life. What I enjoy most is helping guests connect with family, with friends, and with our Aggieland community. Seeing people relax, make memories together, and feel truly at home brings me so much joy.
