Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located area. This location is a 10/10. Less than 5 minutes to I-20, Highway 1 and I-26. Be downtown Columbia or Lexington within 10 minutes! 3 miles from Lexington Medical Center. Less than 10 miles to the University of South Carolina and over 5 hospitals. 20 minute drive to Fort Jackson. An easy 2 hour drive to the beach. Home is fully furnished with all yours needs! Large backyard, carport, laundry room, back deck and firepit. Can be reached by my cell anytime. I live 5 minutes from the property in case there are any issues Close to anything, tons of restaurants and shopping within 5 or 10 minutes. Freshly paved driveway parking available for up to 6 cars. Carport can be used for smaller vehicles
