This is a beautifully furnished and well-appointed townhouse in a resort-style complex in the heart of San Diego. We specialize in longer term stays for working professionals, students, travel nurses, military families and others. Always fully stocked and set up for cooking and working or studying from home. Amazing grounds with 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, a gym, multiple lounge areas and just a 5-15 minute drive to almost anywhere worth going in San Diego.
We are always available but are never in your hair.
Right across from University of San Diego in a centrally located area of San Diego that is close to everything. 5-10 minutes to almost everywhere in San Diego including multiple beaches, Downtown, the Zoo, the Airport, Sea World and the trendy neighborhoods of Hillcrest, North Park and Little Italy.
The 24/7 security booth provides a complete pouch with full access to the entire complex including the covered and assigned parking, 24 hour fitness quality gym, 2 large pools, 3 hot tubs, fire pits, BBQs and lounge/work areas.
Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartments with 2 master bedrooms and an extra 3rd bathroom. Amazing grounds with 2 pools, 2 bar areas with pool and shuffleboard, fire-pits and BBQs, top notch gym with virtual reality workout room. Assigned parking on site, washer/dryer in each unit, fast internet, common are perfect for out-of-the-house work stations.

Perfect for visiting San Diego

This is a great apartment in a beautiful complex. It had everything we needed and was impeccably clean and neat. The amenities were lovely. The beds were very comfortable. Even thought it was furnished more like a corporate apartment, they provided hand soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here any time we are visiting our daughter at USD

Exactly as described, good location

The two-story apartment is large and had plenty of space for our needs. Second bedroom had twin beds which may not work for everyone. Security at the building was great and everyone involved made the stay easy. The check in process was a little different than typical, but all worked out fine, including our security deposit refund. Another reviewer was right, no bar soap or shampoo for the showers so BYOB. Free coffee and tea onsite with great Ramen and Starbucks within walking distance. Easy Uber ride to anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to U of San Diego

Townhome is right across the street and walkable. Property manager was very nice and responsive. Townhome is super roomy. The kitchen has the bare necessities. You can cook a small meal but no mixer, cake pans, Tupperware, measuring cups/spoons, tongs etc. Coffee pot is a small 5 cup. The complex is very safe and has a live guard out front 24 hours. Beds are extremely firm. Bring you own soap, shampoo etc. No hotel type amenities are given. Overall a good value if you want to be close to the university.
