Wonderful home! As everyone else has said, it’s an amazing view and great property! Clean, spacious and great location. The host is amazing and it is great to have the host on site in case you have any questions or need anything. Very personable and would love to stay here again.

I stayed for 2 weeks for work, and it was perfect. The owner was very gracious with me when I checked in very late at night, and during my stay I enjoyed the conversations ive had with the grounds staff. The area was very quiet and the views were unforgettable.

This has been by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Jeff is wonderful and has created a little oasis for his guests, including furry guests! We have two French bulldogs and they were in heaven! Everything was very clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our little anniversary weekend getaway. Thank you and we will be back!

Beautiful place

This was an incredible place with a wonderful views. It fit every need that I had for me and my family. And the host was so incredibly gracious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the outside of the San Diego area with access to all of the San Diego area!

Honestly, me and my family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to wake up to with the family. Every morning, we would all get up and my dad would make breakfast in the kitchen with my mom and we would all get ready to go adventure around San Diego. After we finished adventuring, we would go back to lovely VRBO and have a glass of champagne and use the pool or hot tub which was so nice to relax in. It was also in a great location!! Everything was not far and at least 20 minutes away. Overall, this place really was wonderful and I am glad we booked it as a place where me and my family can reconnect and make memories.

Had a great time.

Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have.

Nice place

The stay was pretty nice. The views are certainly amazing. The home was clean and the beds were very comfy. A little out dated and the down stairs bath is just different. The water pressure makes up for that!

I contacted AnnaMarie and asked her what thought was "outdated" about the unit. Her response was "Just the tub in the bathroom. The rest is really nice." The tub in the lower bathroom is an oversized tub, with the shower head directly over the top/middle of the tub. While the tub is older, it is functional, and many people enjoy the shower experience in it.

Loved this townhouse. Very clean, spacious and great views. Jeffrey was super responsive and helpful. The cable had some issues and he quickly involved the cable company to resolve it. Thank you, we would stay here again!

Anniversary celebration

This neighborhood is beautiful, & peaceful, not to mention the views from the property. The townhouse is beautiful, & the beds are super comfortable. We would love to come back! Jeff is a wonderful host, quick to respond but not at all intrusive. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The pictures on the site are beautiful but don’t even do it justice. The accommodation and the views are spectacular. Jeff, the property manager is awesome. He made sure everything was perfect for me and my son from the very beginning of our stay until the end. What a kind man he is too, always willing to do above and beyond. I will def be back and highly recommend this place… you can’t be disappointed! Thank you Jeff and VRBO.

Nice clean roomy place. The backyard pool area is stunning. We had reserved this place in the hope of swimming in the pool with grandkids but water was too cold to swim in. Even though there had been a recent heat wave it was cool when we were there and I guess the solar pool heating system does not hold the heat. Be sure to check with host on water temp if you are depending on using the pool. Decor and TVs were dated. Host was very nice.

Beautiful view

Property lovely and extensive. Everywhere we looked there was a little yard statue or point of interest that almost always started a conversation between us. Nice coming back to the house after a long hot day to that pool. Owner was available for questions but not intrusive.

Absolutely gorgeous place!

We stayed here while visiting our son who goes to San Diego State. The house has the most incredible views of the surrounding hills and the pool and hot-tub and giant deck were heavenly. We loved the kitchen and cooking facilities both in the house and outside with the great pool-side grilling area. Super-nice owner, very accommodating and fun to chat with. We loved it so much we are planning to rent both sides next year when our son graduates! Really a lovely place. Cheers and see you next year!!
