This place is close to good food and things to do! The house was so spacious and clean. There was so much to do in the house the kids did not want to leave. The owner did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It’s a fully stocked house with a fantastic pool, tv in every room and games to play.

Property Not as Described — Significant water Damage, Flooring Issues and Visible Mold/MildewUnfortunately, the condition of the property was significantly different from what we expected based on the listing, and we did not feel comfortable staying for our entire reservation.(1) The flooring was a concern with gaps between the floor boards and damaged flooring covered by a runner. Granite was broken near the fireplace. It is a tripping hazard particularly for our young children.(2) We also found signs of water-related damage throughout the property. There were areas of the ceiling and walls that were visibly discolored or deteriorating, along with several spots that looked patched and painted over.(3) The bathroom have dark/black buildup along the ceiling and tub - Mold/mildew. Also, the vent itself also had significant dark buildup. These were not a few minor cosmetic issues. The combination of the flooring problems, visible deterioration by water damage, and mold/mildew in the bathroom made us uncomfortable staying in the property with our family. We left after the first night rather than complete our reservation.Had the listing accurately reflected the condition of the property, we would not have booked it. Because we left and were unable to use the property for the remainder of our reservation, we requested a resolution. Paid for 2 nights. No refund was made; she told us condition was reasonable. We hope the owner fixes these issues for the next visitors!

Amazing exoetience

Great family spot!

With a pool table and a swimming pool/spa, along with rooms and beds to sleep everyone comfortably, this place checked all the boxes. It has been well loved, but that is fine with this family. Great times!

Mother's Day Weekend was perfect!

It was so nice having all of my kiddos under one roof. This property had fun activities for adult kids, ping ball, pool, corn hole, hot tub. We will stay here again.

Spent the weekend with my guys for my bachelor weekend. What a beautiful backyard! We hung out pretty much all day and used the pool and hot tub!

Terrific House!

We had an amazing time at this house! Everyone had something to do between pool, tvs, games, and the hot tub. Neighborhood was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Would book again.

Great San Diego stay

Great house with close access to all the San Diego attractions. Quiet neighborhood. The backyard is large with plenty of tables and chairs for outdoor seating. Hot tub works well. Would stay again. Thanks for a great visit.
