We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the home felt. Wonderful private garage parking, grocery store within walking distance which was convenient, but a lot of road noise from the highway (bring a sound machine). Overall great and convenient place to stay.

This was a superb choice for our two families: it was close to everything (restaurants, beaches, stores, and even to downtown), it was clean and well maintained, the property was spacious and easy to access, there was plenty of stay essentials included. I would not hesitate on booking this property again and I recommend it highly. I rate it highly but here are some stay notes: if you plan to be cooking, plan to bring your own kitchen essentials (ex. Large cutting board, rice cooker, hot water kettle, etc.). There’s a good amount of plates, cups, and utensils but we had to wash often since we had two families staying. Regarding past reviews about the beds making noise: they did make crunching noises but were not uncomfortable… I’m not sure why they make noises but our family had no issue with them otherwise. The futons are nice but they are futons so sleep on them at your own discretion. Here are some things that were included that our family appreciated: light beach gear (boogie boards, buckets, a couple of beach towels, a couple of chairs, etc), garage located washer and dryer combo unit, a good amount of toiletries and other cleaning essentials. Overall: loved our stay and we plan to rebook at some point. Thank you to the host!

We enjoyed the house a lot! It was very close to the MCRD which is what we were there for (Marine Corp graduation), so we left both mornings around 6:30am so we were out of the house more than we were there.

Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to a ton of amenities!! Only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect score would be the mattress’s we’re not the most comfortable but were not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed the weekend to attend a pickleball tournament at Barnes Center. Literally a couple minutes drive. So location wise this place was perfect. There is also a Starbucks, CVS, and grocery store down the street. They have a garrage to park your car but there is street parking which was better for us because we have a big passanger van. Overall the stay was perfect.

The house was very clean. We had problems with the heat working. Not good instructions on how to use the heater. I was suprised there were no extra blankets and bare minimun ammenities, toilet paper , games etc...Location was great though.
