We enjoyed the house a lot! It was very close to the MCRD which is what we were there for (Marine Corp graduation), so we left both mornings around 6:30am so we were out of the house more than we were there.

Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to a ton of amenities!! Only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect score would be the mattress’s we’re not the most comfortable but were not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Very nice home and terrific location. 10 minutes from everything. Also close to shopping and highways. Large kitchen and the house was immaculate. Three nice size bedrooms. Lots of room for parking. I would stay here again

No garage wash or dryer

The condo is nice but I paid extra for the washer/dryer and garage and the unit did not allow access to those things!!! So it should not be listed as available 🙁. Tried to contact the owner but they didn’t answer 😑😑

Nice place, poor management

Our family stayed here over Christmas weekend, the host was in communication with us up until the day of check-in when they forgot to communicate any of the check-in details. After several in-app messages and calling the number listed (which is for someone who isn't associated with the property anymore), we had to wait over half an hour past check in time while customer service got into contact with the owner for access to the property. The owner offered us nothing in return for this, not even late checkout to make up for the time lost. The property itself was clean and in a convenient location. Hopefully, they will be more on top of reservations and communicating with customers in the future.

Great property but…

The location is good although right next to the freeway on ramp so it’s a noisy all the time, but grocery and several very good restaurants are within walking distance. The property itself is spacious well-maintained and clean but you guys need to do some thing about that tv system you’ve got with the little rabbit ear antenna that doesn’t work very well. The biggest problem I have and it was definitely not made clear in the description is the fact that the unit I rented has two flights up on outdoor stairs! Having head both knees and my ankle replaced this caused a lot of pain and I struggled. Had I been informed up front it that the unit I was contracting for was an upstairs unit because the pictures specifically do not show that) I would not have rented this particular property as I spent a lot of time recovering from schlepping heavy bags and groceries up those stairs. The washing machine is also out in the garage and you have to go up and down two flights of stairs to use it. Also the garage for the upstairs unit - 2 cars will not fit in that garage.

Wonderful stay

The gost was so incredibly friendly and warm. We were talking about extending the trip for one more day ( we ebded up not being able to due to other obligations) and the host immediately talked to us about possible options. So incredibly friendly. We will definitely vook this home again on our next visit to Seaworld.

Beautifully set up and close to everything we needed!

My friends and I had a blast as we attended a concert nearby. Everything was a short Uber ride away. The accommodations were beautifully decorated, and well stocked… I would love to stay again when I’m in the area.

Great vacation stay

Lovely home with lots of room for family with young children to spread out. Wonderful, warm welcome with Christmas tree and lovely decor set up by owner. Felt like a special welcome. Lots of extra bedding and towels provided for the fold down sofas for children. Some of the bedding seems like it could use an update/better clean (some stained sheets - but nothing too alarming. Other bedding was just fine). Great location to get to zoo and Sea World via short uber ride. Grocery store and pharmacy just a short walk down the street. Neighbourhood is okay, but wouldn't want to walk around it during the night. Small kitchen bits in the condo greatly appreciated (tea, sugar, spices, little bit of coffee, etc). Could definitely hear the downstairs tenants - not very soundproof, but luckily the tenants when we were there were a relatively quiet family. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a family of 5 with 3 young children.

Clean property, location convenient to a LOT!

The check in process was easy and for the most part everything was as expected. The property is nice, clean, and has some nice design details. It was comfortable and homey (in a good way!) There were a couple things listed but not accurate - no hot water tea kettle (not a big deal), and at the time of our stay, and still reflected on the listing, there is NO king bed. We were able to work around it but this was a major reason we booked this property. Owner was responsive the first 24 hours but then MIA for a day and a half. Also, don't block the sidewalk with your vehicle! Someone in our party learned the hard way!
