The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! While PB usually enjoys a cool ocean breeze, there are a handful of humid or hot days during the year when you’ll be glad to have AC. This complex is the perfect place to stay in PB or even Mission Beach. If you enjoy people watching and love the excitement of the boardwalk this is the place to be!

Visiting Daughter

The condo is in a perfect location for all the happenings in Pacific Beach. Walked the boardwalk and beach, lots of dining and shopping options. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Opened the slider, watched and listened to the oceans waves. Condo has super comfy beds, although we didn’t cook the kitchen was fully equipped. Secure parking was included and a plus! Will certainly rebook a stay here.

Great Location

Perfect location in the heart of PB. But that also comes with the noise from the alley outside the Bedroom window. Early morning trash and delivery helps you get an early start to the day. Would stay there again for sure

Condo is right on the beach. Very clean and neat. Good view. Parking garage was fabulous. Comfortable beds. Near many restaurants. Makes for the perfect California vacation spot!

Not recommended for family

The condo is clean and close to the beach. The host was very prompt and kind with responding to our questions. The description of property states there is garage parking but doesn't state one car only. Parking close would cost $12 per hour if we had known ahead of time a couple of us would have flown instead of driving. The master bedroom has air conditioning but is very noisy and so is the Bar across the street. The other bedroom has fans only. Check out is 10 am and someone used the code to come in without knocking at 9:30 am. which was rude. I do recommend this for college age party people great location and fun.

Amazing location

This was a comfy and convenient stay. We used Uber vs rental and are sooo glad. This place is lovely on its own but close to everything. Grocery and restaurants nearby. We hated to leave. This is worth booking. Liz

Great Location with Decent Amenities

The property is tight in the middle of everything with a partial ocean view. The building and the rental are a bit tired but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Unground parking was a plus. Communication with the property manager was prompt.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

This is the perfect location for any beach get away. There are restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in every direction, and the boardwalk is just steps from the door - it was perfect. We stayed in this unit for a girls weekend with six friends, and we were all very comfortable. The mattresses were great, and there was just enough space for everyone to have their own little space. The extra blankets were perfect for cuddling on the couch while watching the waves in the morning. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions, and I will certainly consider staying in this property again.

Great location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and couches are all low so if you’re a big person with bad knees it could be a problem. We had a great time. Very walkable neighborhood with everything you need. Good beach view from balcony. Condo amenities were good. Boardwalk right out front. Good safe covered parking.

Location was amazing! Kitchen was great. View off the balcony to ocean was stunning! Wish the hot tub would have been working. Overall was a great family experience.

Excellent Location!

This apartment was within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Corner view of the ocean which was also a plus. Property manager was very easy to get a hold of and also very accommodating!

Awesome host!!

The condo was as described and VERY CLEAN! Keep in mind that the building is old but the updates to the condo were great! The included parking spot was fantastic and was able to park the car without having to find street parking! We walked almost everywhere, great coffee a few steps away from the condo and several restaurants to pick from a block or less away. Right on the boardwalk and beach, everything you can possibly need for a relaxing vacation!
