This is a beautifully appointed two bedroom condo right on the beach. Enjoy magnificent views from the third floor overlooking the ocean waves, the boardwalk and the famous Crystal Pier. A large secure patio is perfect for people watching, sun bathing, or napping overlooking the surf and ocean. Spa! Secured Garage Private Parking Spot. Kitchen is truly a dream supplied with every gadget for a gourmet meal for those wanting dine in overlooking ocean waves.

Park your car in the secure attached garage and never have to drive anywhere for restaurants, groceries and shopping. Just minutes from every major San Diego attraction, including downtown's Gas Lamp Quarter, Sea World, La Jolla and the Zoo.

Condo is beautifully decorated and newly refurbished with a fully-equipped spacious kitchen.

When booking our home at the beach please reflect the correct number of guests who will be occupying, up to a total of 4. There is our lowest price for two guests, and an additional fee of $30 per night per guest.

The Beautiful Beach Awaits and the Waves are Rolling In!
**We have many seniors who have booked our home and loved everything about it! Including the "young at heart" activity of the active So Cal beach scene. For a very small percentage of seniors the music from the beach club bar across the street can be bothersome. I recommend if you are 65 and older and if noise may disturb your sleep, do not book our home.

A filled out and signed "reservation request" is to be submitted by guest, including address and places of employment of guests.

Great condo great location only bad thing I think the owner under stated how noisy the bar was across the street from 9 pm to 1 to 2 am for 3 out of 5 week nights loud thumping from the sound system people screaming and yelling car horns blaring no way a fan could hide the noise wouldn't rent it again

Absolutely great place in a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. I would like to give Gary and the property a 5 star. I spoke with The host and he was concerned about the noise from the bar across the street. It was terrible all but one night. Everything else was great. The initial communication could have been simpler. The noise factor should have been told to us better in advance. I would have brought better ear plugs. Luckily had some with me, just not good enough. Better noise cancelling headphones phones or ear plugs provided on site would be great. Location and condo were excellent.

We struggled with this property. Although the host informed us there was some occasional noise from the bar below, we found it to be every night from 8 pm - 2 am. The bass and loud live bands made it difficult to sleep. Owner suggested fans, which we had on as loud as possible for white noise and my noise control airpods in. Then after 2 am we dealt with loud people coming home from the bar. Clearly this was not the place for us.

As seen from the over whelming majority of our guests, they do not have the same issues with the beach bar. Our consistent 5 star rating speaks for itself. It was shocking to see 2 stars since I do have full disclosure at least three times about the possibility of music and noise asking people to consider before they book since everyone has different sleeping habits. Clearly this was not the property for this guest.
