No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbor. Beautiful views, clean, and comfortable. Parking garage was easy to access, and building was secure. Location is close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and of course, the beach. We walked almost everywhere.

Perfect location on the ocean/beach close to excellent food and shopping. Interior of condo has beautiful views and lots of room, but kitchen and baths are small and in need of updating. Definite plus was gated parking.

Great location

This property was very clean and had great beach front views. It’s in a great location. It was walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants and bars.

We had an excellent stay. I would definitely consider renting here again. Tons of shopping and restaurants near by as well as a fun location on the beach. Ron was easy to work with and the parking under the building was so convenient.

This is a beautiful place!

We were very comfortable here! The sidewalk got real loud at 1:00am when the party crowd left the near by bars but the amazing view made up for that!

We love this area! This Condo has the most amazing views from living room and both bedrooms. Dated building, but well maintained, and Ron was great to communicate with. Easy walking to great coffee, restaurants and WOW the sunsets!

The condo was as advertised, right by Crystal pier. Tons of restaurants and shopping just outside the building. Beautiful beach with beachfront views from the apartment. Very active area.

Penthouse near Mission Beach

Excellent location. We enjoyed the close access to the beach and the many excellent restaurants to choose from. The condo itself was very comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the sunset views! The hot tub area in the evening was very relaxing and always quiet. Make sure you bring your own beach towels! We highly recommend this getaway and will be returning in the future!

Christmas in Cali

The property is in a great location near some great local restaurants and bars. Our family of four enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms and enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The views from the three balconies were absolutely stunning. We highly recommend this property.

wonderful stay

Fantastic location, near everything in PB but high enough up that noise was never a problem. Spectacular views all the time. Host was wonderful and helpful. Not the fanciest kitchen but who cares! Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful vacation.

The view from this condo is amazing. We appreciated the building having an elevator. The secure building and parking garage allowed us to come and go as we pleased. There were many great restaurants and bars in walking distance.
