We love this spot! Right on the beach and the perfect location in Mission in my opinion. Molly’s and other restaurants and shopping a few stops away (literally). And two parking spots that are the easiest spots to get into in all my years of vacationing in San Diego. Highly recommend!

The host Judy is amazing!! Always on top of answering any questions we had & she helped us get back some clothes that were left (this was such a hassle on her end and we appreciate all of her help!!!!). Property was great & up to date we love coming back here!

I can’t give this property more than 5 stars, but I would if I could! Judy was the most responsive host. The property was exactly as described. The location is the best I’ve ever experienced. Literally on the beach. The condo was well stocked, beach towels, plenty of supplies for bathroom, kitchen and items for a day at the beach. The parking spots included were an added bonus! Judy was flexible with our check in and check out times, gave us great recommendations and was overall an amazing host. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO. The location of this property is the best I’ve ever experienced.

Great location right on the boardwalk. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking space right in front of unit is a big plus. No A/C but there are ceiling fans and a floor fan. It's a ground floor unit so no privacy unless you close the shutters. But just a small inconvenience. I would stay here again.

Great place for a family trip - our family of 5 was very comfortable and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need it. Property was everything advertised and a great value - would return in a heartbeat.

This place certainly delivered! You can’t get closer to the beach than this. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows, great sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with spices. We had a little hiccup with wifi checking in but host was quick to respond to help get the situation figured out. We also didn’t realize that the shower across the street in the front was available for our use until the last day, which would have been helpful to know.

Staying on the boardwalk, view of the ocean, amazing people watching, close to coffee and breakfast, pizza and more. It’s a beautiful space, great location and host is so kind, Would love to stay again.
