About this property

Your Luxury Condo On The Ocean - Where The Sun Sets In San Diego - Central Air

This is an ocean front condo. We also own the property, in the same building, that is right next door (VRBO/Home Away # 572846). We initially bought this property so we would have a place on the ocean to come with our children and grandchildren. Each property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as an adjoining hallway in between. What is unique to this property is, along with the 300 sq. ft. exclusive use ocean front patio, it has a private garden terrace to the back with barbecue. Two of the bedrooms have doors to access the terrace. These two bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy. This property is perfect for two couples or family of four with grandma and grandpa.

We have just completed a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms as of May 2024. There are two masters, each with king beds and a third bedroom with twin beds.

Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet.Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is an exclusive parking space for one car and guest parking.

It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

Perfect property for the true SoCal experience, perched above a secluded cove and beach, beautifully appointed with comfortable beds for 6, minutes from all the major attractions, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, underground private parking. Can’t think of an amenity it didn’t have.

Family vacation

Our family of 4 had a great time at this condo. Amazing views and easy access to the beach and tide pools below. The condo was recently renovated which was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Incredible Beach house get away!!

My wife our 2 adult sons and myself booked this trip for my wife’s birthday and bonus it was Mother’s Day weekend as well we couldn’t of had a better time.Donna was fantastic very responsive and professional The home is beautiful, the neighborhood was perfect,the beach is literally steps away to a great beach and the coast line. great food and drinks are blocks away.Next time we probably would not leave the neighborhood or the house to be honest So much to do around there..Thank you Donna hope to stay again soon

We enjoyed our stay, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Great view, loved the sound of crashing waves and the beautiful sunsets. Patio off the master is more private than the main patio. Comfortable bed, fireplace and a spa tub! Liked the garage access that lead right to unit. Great communication with owner.

The view from the condo was awesome! We most enjoyed sitting in the back looking over the ocean. Although I didn’t swim, there is a great little beach just down the stairs from the condo. The unit was well stocked with bedding, pots, pans, etc.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is immaculate and beautifully appointed. There were little touches in every room that added to the stay and made it feel like home. The location was perfect. A short walk into OB and an even shorter walk out the back door to stunning cliffs, the ocean and a nightly sunset. It was a perfect place to bring three generations together.

Beautiful condo/home away from home!!

This condo was JUST what we were looking for!! Perfect location-right on the cliffs and within easy walking distance of Newport Avenue. There were also so many amenities such as every kitchen utensil you could ever need, tons of towels, games, and more! Just like home. Condo was very clean and the size was perfect for 5 adults. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Setting

The property was nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean and a small, intimate beach. The backyard patio furniture, including a table and four chairs with umbrella and two rocking chairs and small accent table, allowed the group to spend time on the patio enjoying the views and beautiful sunsets. The property was very clean and well maintained. Views were spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. All rooms were spacious. The master bedroom had a nice walk in closet with dresser and en-suite bathroom was spacious and offered a nice shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The beds were especially comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay!

This property had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds and pillows! Easy walk to downtown Ocean Beach, which we enjoyed. What really surprised us was the wonderful beach area below that isn’t shown in the pictures! If you are able, there are stairs going down to the beach and you can walk around on the rocks. Fun and beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets from there! We enjoyed watching the dogs that people brought down there to play in the water! Our only con was that the parking was underground (safe with a gate code) but very tight in unit 2 since there is a covered car already parked there, so have to fit between the wall and car with dimly lit underground. Maybe the car will be moved and maybe you’ll have a smaller vehicle than us. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property was perfect for our holiday travels. We were able to access it without problems, even in the middle of the night (thanks holiday travel 2022). The view of the ocean is stunning! What a beautiful site to see after so many airports. I was immediately struck by how clean the space was. Spotless! We had everything we could possibly need from beach chairs to games to play as a family. The kids had room to spread out, and there was a cozy room with a gas fireplace where we could all gather for our San Diego Christmas morning. I will definitely book again if we get the opportunity to return, and I recommend this property while-heartedly! Thank you for a lovely experience!

View can't get much better!

There were 4 of us "grandmas" who have known each other since first week of college in 1966! (Not giving out any ages, ha!) We couldn't have asked for better accommodations, view and the beds were wonderful! It was a little confusing getting into the unit the first time, but we figured it out and all was good after that. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on the patio every night. Uber was our best friend as we didn't have a car and we went everywhere using this service, no problem. We all highly recommend this property. Being the grandmas we are, we wouldn't be so sure about bringing our little grand babies here (toddlers) for safety concerns outside, but ok for 7-8 year olds. It was perfect for us!
