We had a wonderful time at this property and the access to beach, beachside walks where you can see sea lions and seals, as well as its proximity to La Jolla village is phenomenal.
This was a beautiful property in a super location. Clean, good communication, plenty of room. A few areas that could be improved: the layout was very choppy. Kitchen and dining room on the main floor, living room on a lower level, bedrooms on 3 different levels. If you have a large group 10 people in our group, we were spending a lot of time around the dining room to enjoy the view. For a place this beautiful, I expect just nicer furniture. And finally, the recycle bin was overflowing on arrival and not enough cleaning supplies.
Property was generally as described, but one shower had a valve problem which did not get resolved until I reached out to the owner. Management company spent the day making promises to have someone come by but never happened until I called the owner. Deck furniture was very dirty with bird droppings which we had to be cleaned up. Location was very nice and the space is great for large groups. Could have had more wine glasses and coffee cups but generally a well-stocked kitchen We appreciated the owners quick response. And enjoyed our visit to this beautiful area.
